This is truly remarkable. I was there about 40 years ago at the University and none of the architecture and infrastructure seen in this video existed. The only place I witnessed such progress in so many years was in Berlin after the War.
All the Ohs and Ahs are well deserved but don't forget that it was the result of Big Government. Look back on the US projects during the 30's,50's and 60's.
