Have we failed in Iraq?

I would guess the 'other' was the bombing of the bridge, only the link was wrong when I tried it. However, yes - both convincing evidence of US/UK failure.

Is the situation in Iraq only and simply a US/UK failure? If/when we pull out and the bloodshed continues who will you blame then?
