Hmmm! All very fine until someone rises to power in the Commons community (as is the wont of the human species) and begins to take control, and forms a forum, and then a council, meanwhile taking a bigger and bigger share of the Commons, finally taking over more and more Commons until we have....a government like we have now. Call me cynical.
