I guess they won't be responding
True to their apparent philosophy of "the customer be damned", Comcast has yet to respond to the letters I sent to their Vice Presidents 'extolling' the quality of their service.

It's official corporate policy these days to not answer customers' complaints. Executives call it the "Ostrich strategy". By refusing to acknowledge the existence of dissatisfied clientèle corporations anticipate the problem will disappear, but not the customer. It generally works, given that all serious competition has already been taken over and the customer has nowhere to go.
