Nolley has filed for an injunction in U.S. District Court hoping to delay the Nov. 8 election until “serious, qualified, trustworthy persons can be sought and elected”. She filed the lawsuit with the United States District Court for the Western District of New York; it has been assigned to one of the judges. She said, "I’ve been writing on it and thinking about it and praying. I was just waiting for an OK from God.”
You shouldn't consider that this is the first time she can cast a ballot for president as she is a convicted felon and heroin addict.
