The president is sending 100 military 'advisers' to Uganda to help capture the leader of the Lord's Resistance Army. Joseph Kony, the leader, is truly a bad guy and you know that our nation's purpose is to rid the earth of all bad guys. Of course, they "will only be providing information, advice and assistance to partner nation forces, and they will not themselves engage LRA forces unless necessary for self-defense."
