Since Mandela was imprisoned in part by the CIA and the US govt in 1962 for being part of an anti-apartheid group supported by the Russians, it only makes sense that he'd be a persona non grata
Mandela, and a host of other totally innocent individuals. Frankly, I'm surprised they let the Pope in.
