Image via WikipediaThe FBI will soon be issuing a new version of its Domestic Investigations and Operations Guide. And, once more, our freedoms will be cut back, but that of the FBI to look into our activities will be increased. A lot of the changes sound relatively technical but the upshot to me appears to be that you can be investigated on almost a whim and the fact that you are being investigated will be difficult to prove.
