We spent $630,000 on Facebook over the past 2 years

' We' are the taxpayers who had no say in the State Department's ad campaign to " build(ing) global outreach platforms for engagement with foreign audiences by increasing the number of fans… on four thematic Facebook properties.”  The campaign did get a lot of leads, but very few 'sales'.  The Inspector General felt it was a waste of money.
