CIA vs. Senate, Round 2

Now the CIA has asked the Justice Department for a criminal investigation into the removal last fall of classified documents by Senate Intelligence Committee staff. The documents seemed to support the Committee's report that the CIA misled the Bush administration and Congress about the use of interrogation techniques that many experts consider torture.
