An accusation that the top Army prosecutor for sexual assault cases groped and tried to kiss a lawyer who worked for him has been made by the lawyer. Strangely, the assault occurred at a sexual-assault legal conference. But, since the event happened more than two years ago, will the charge hold up? The Army is covering its arse by suspending the prosecutor.
