The BBC reports that the Brazilian fellow who was killed in the London subway last month did not jump the turnstile; was wearing a denim jacket, not a winter coat; was held while being shot eight times. If this is true, the police are guilty of murder and covering up murder.

This whole incident was a disgrace to British policing. Remarks such as 'inappropriate to comment' from Scotland Yard and the Home Office are unacceptable. 'Sir' Ian Blair, the Metroplitan Police Commissioner, should be forced to resign. Unfortunately, nothing done now will bring that young man back to life. A tragedy for his family.
