Divorce ain't what it used to be

Couple marry at the end of 2003, separate in 2008, divorce in 2010. In 2009 husband sues photographer because he failed to film the last dance and the tossing of the bouquet. Husband wants his money back. He also wants another $48,000 to recreate the wedding. This he wants to do even though his wife has gone back to Latvia and he does not know where she lives.
