Starting Young

Nigerians join the workforce early. In August an investigation found that one town had hired a 5-month-old baby and was issuing regular payroll checks to the baby. But, Nigerians are very competitive. Now we learn of another town which hired a one-month-old baby. I guess it was because this baby had already graduated from school and had a degree.
