The roads in at least one part of Colombia are pretty bad. They are unpaved and quite rough to travel so that living one's daily life is not easy. Further, violence in Colombia has not stopped. The roads are very dangerous and life-threatening. The women of the town of Barbacoas have decided to do something about the problem: withhold sex. Their "Crossed Legs Movement" hopes to convince the powers-that-be to provide safe and navigable roads. Will it work?
