That's how fast Oscar Pistorius ran the 400 metres yesterday. In the leagues in which he wants to travel that is not a super-fast time; the world record is 43.18. But when you consider he has no legs, either he is pretty fast or the running blades really help him out. To me just the fact that he is competing in these leagues is enough.
