Last year I wrote about an octopus in Germany who was able to forecast the result of many of the World Cup games. Unfortunately, Paul the octopus died in October. Now Germany has a successor.
That's right. Nelly the elephant has been successful in forecasting the winners of the Women's World Cup. She does not predict an American champion.
